Item Enchancement and item Socketing and Shareable Storage

added Item Enchantment  add 2% to Base stats of the Weapon Per Enchantment Lv and cant not be Enchanted pass Player Current Enchant LV Profession and Require Enchantment stone that Increase in amount needed to Enchantment Every Level 

and Item Socketing.

Socketing is permanent  and cant not be removed will add in a way to removing sockets

and now the Chest Storage Is Shareable between all Character that you  Create
